  G.A.V.S.S. School is the premier institute of the kangra region which has been providing quality education for the last 112 years. since 1905 the school has been working for the overall development of the children. Our vision is to develop a positive attitude and create confidence among the children.

            The school is proud of its academic performance is the students are showing excellent result in H.P. Board Examination. Efforts are made to dig out the hidden qualities of the students and to give a practical shape to their hidden qualities. We believe in learning by doing method. Students are encouraged to converse in English. Various activities like quiz, Art & Craft, dance, music etc. are organized in the school. Each and every child is encouraged to participate in one of these activities according to their interest. All the festivals are celebrated in the school. Important days like Children Day, Teacher’s Day, Republic Day, Independence Day ,Himachal Day etc. are celebrated and students are made aware about the importance of these days which are of national importance.
